Agreements

  • The agreement between Allo Telecom and the buyer regarding mobile subscriptions (the “Agreement”) according to the current price list
  • The duration of the contract is 0-36 months according to the terms of the contract

 

Service / Subscription

  • The subscription gives you the opportunity to call & send SMS, MMS and surf for the amount of surfing included in your package or agreed surfing amount. You can always call us to extend or buy more surf for an occasion
  • Satellite calls are blocked automatically by us. If you wish to activate the service, you must contact us
  • Allo sends you a SIM card with Pin & PUK code
  • Pin code is the security code of your SIM card.

This is the code you enter to unlock your mobile phone. If you have forgotten the PIN or pressed it incorrectly 3, you can enter thePUK code to unlock your phone.

 

  • The customer is responsible for immediately blocking the lost SIM card and notifying Allo customer service
  • Allo has the right to block the SIM card if it is suspected that it is being used improperly or causing damage to the company
  • The Customer may not assign the Contract or its obligations & rights to another person without the prior written consent of allo
  • Emergency calls to 112 always work
  • We have introduced a credit limit of SEK 400/month in addition to the regular monthly cost of your subscription, this applies to payment services and international calls that are not included in your monthly cost. You will receive a text message when you have reached your credit limit, all outgoing traffic that is not included will be blocked on your subscription. You can increase your credit limit via our customer service.

 

 

Responsibility

  • The subscription is intended for private use and the customer is responsible for its proper use by the customer or by a family member
  • This is to protect you and us against unauthorized use of your subscription for e.g. international calls
  • The customer is responsible if the subscription is used by minors for purchases in the play store or APP store and incurs costs
  • The customer is responsible for not using the subscription to violate Swedish law
  • The customer must notify Allo Telecom of a change of address to avoid unpaid invoices for your subscription

Allo Assignment of the contract to third parties

Allo Telecom is entitled to transfer or assign its rights or obligations under the Agreement, in whole or in part, without your consent, to another company in the same industry or to a third party such as itself & subsidiaries or through a subcontractor. Allo shall always strive to ensure that the company that assumes the right can be expected to fulfill its obligations under the Agreement

 

 

Change of conditions

Allo has the right, for whatever reason, to change the terms and conditions of the Agreement at such times as Allo decides. The Customer must be notified of any changes to the terms and conditions no later than one (1) month before the change takes effect.

Order

  • Once you have completed your order, an order confirmation will be sent to your email address. In the confirmation you will find all the details of the products, price, billing and delivery address.
  • If there is an error in the order confirmation, please contact us immediately by e-mail at kund@allotelecom.se.

 

Delivery

  • Our normal delivery times are 1-5 days. PLEASE NOTE! Orders placed on weekends will be shipped on the following Monday at the earliest.

Prices

  • All prices in the shop are in SEK and all prices include 25% VAT.
  • We reserve the right for price changes caused by price changes from suppliers, misprints in the price list and inaccuracies in prices due to incorrect information and reserve the right to adjust the price.

 

Right of withdrawal

  • When buying goods on the website, you as a customer have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal that applies from the time you have received a product that you have ordered.

When exercising your right of withdrawal:

  • You must notify your withdrawal. The notification should be sent to us at kund@allotelecom.se. Your message should clearly state your name, address, email address, order number and the goods being returned.
  • You should return the products to us immediately and at the latest within the statutory 14 days after the withdrawal notice.
  • You are responsible for the return shipping, delivery and condition of the products upon return, the products should therefore be sent well packaged and in their original packaging.
  • We reserve the right to deduct from the amount of the refund a sum corresponding to the reduction in value compared with the original value of the goods in the case of a used or damaged product.
  • e.g. compensation for repair, reprogramming of the hardware or the difference between new and used goods if the goods can no longer be sold as new

 

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  • products that have been sealed for health or hygiene reasons and where the seal has been broken by you
  • Products that have the nature of a sealed audio or visual recording and where the seal has been broken by you.
  • Custom-made product, which has been specially tailored for you or has a clear personal touch according to your wishes.
  • Services that have been completed and where you have explicitly agreed to the service being started without a right of withdrawal.

Complaints and grievances

  • We inspect all products before they are sent to you. Should the product still be damaged or incorrectly dispatched when it arrives, we undertake to rectify the fault free of charge in accordance with current consumer protection legislation.
  • You must always contact us for an authorization before returning a defective item.
  • The complaint should be sent immediately after the defect has been detected.

How do you make a complaint?

  • Any errors and defects should always be reported to support@allotelecom.se, stating your name, address, e-mail address, order number and a description of the error.
  • If we fail to remedy the defect or deliver a similar product, we will reimburse you for the defective product in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation. We will pay the return shipping costs for approved complaints.
  • We reserve the right to refuse a complaint if it turns out that the product is not defective in accordance with current consumer protection legislation. In the case of complaints, we follow the guidelines of the General Complaints Board, see arn.se.

 

Limitation of liability

  • We do not accept any liability for indirect damage that may arise from the product.
  • We do not accept any liability for delays/defects resulting from circumstances beyond the control of the company (Force Majeure). These circumstances may include, for example, labor disputes, fire, war, government decisions, reduced or no delivery from suppliers.
  • Furthermore, no responsibility is taken for any changes to products/product characteristics changed by the respective supplier and other factors beyond our control.

 

Product information

  • We reserve the right for any misprints on this website and final sale of products. We do not guarantee that the images reflect the exact appearance of the products as a certain color difference may occur depending on the monitor, photo quality and resolution. We always try our best to display the products as accurately as possible.

  • By shopping at Allo Telecom, you accept our data protection policy and our processing of your personal data. We care about your privacy and do not collect more data than necessary to process your order. We never sell or pass on your data to third parties without a legal basis.
  • Allo Telecom is responsible for the processing of personal data that you have provided to us as a customer. Your personal data is processed by us to be able to handle your order and in cases where you have requested newsletters or promotional offers – to be able to adapt the marketing to your individual needs.

What is personal data?
Personal data is any information that can be directly or indirectly attributed to a natural person.

What data do we store?
In order to process your order and answer questions related to your order (customer service), we store your first and last name, address, phone number, e-mail address, IP address and purchase history.

  • Your data will be stored as long as we have a legal basis to process your data, for example to fulfill the contract between us or to comply with a legal obligation under, for example, the Accounting Act.

    In connection with a purchase, your personal data is processed to fulfill the agreement with you.

  • What data is shared and for what purpose?

Payment provider

  • When making a purchase, information is shared with our payment provider. What is stored is first name, last name, address, e-mail address and telephone number. If you choose to pay by invoice, the social security number of the payment provider is also stored. The information is stored in order to complete the purchase and to protect the parties against fraud.

    We use industry standards such as SSL/TLS and one-way hash algorithms to store, process and communicate sensitive information such as personal data and passwords securely.
    We use a Swedish platform, Quickbutik, operated by Quickbutik AB based in Helsingborg.

Amendments to the General Conditions

  • We reserve the right to make changes to the Terms at any time. Changes to the Terms will be published online on the Website. The amended Terms and Conditions will be deemed to be accepted in connection with any order or visit to the Website.

Disputes and choice of law

  • In the event that a dispute cannot be resolved in agreement with the company’s customer service and the customer, you as a customer can turn to the National Board for Consumer Disputes, see arn.se.   • In the event of a dispute, we follow the decision of ARN or equivalent dispute resolution body.
  • Any dispute concerning the interpretation or application of these general terms and conditions shall be interpreted in accordance with Swedish law and legislation.
